Coaching is (simply) one-on-one interaction between you and me. (Working as your coach.) It’s designed to provide you with empathy and guidance, helping you to focus on critical issues, with the aim to removing barriers to your success. I’ll help you make important decisions and commitments. I’ll also hold you accountable in order to help you learn to follow through your commitments. I believe that by taking you beyond your comfort zone, you’ll grow both personally and professionally. As your coach, I’ll work to understand you and empathize with you, while helping you reach your goals and objectives.
